Home Featured Organization DogVacay donating meals to shelter pets

DogVacay, a company that helps dog owners connect with other dog owners willing to host a dog in their home, launched a charity program this October to raise money for shelter dog meals.  The company will donate a shelter meal for each new client who signs up on DogVacay.com.

“We love dogs and we know that shelters need extra help during the holidays, so we wanted to do what we could to help feed hungry dogs in need.” says Priscilla Liang from DogVacay

Liang says they will be donating meals to two local Los Angeles shelters.

“DogVacay will be writing a check for each shelter, matching the sign ups from the charity landing page in October.  The DogVacay team will be delivering the check and helping to feed some amazing dogs in November.” explains Liang

  1. Great stuff. Another company, similar to Dog vacay, is Rover.com. I’ve been using them here in Seattle for a coupla years, and I always choose a sitter who is donating some of their fees to the Seattle Humane Society.
