The Humane Voters of Washington was formed in 2015 after seeing the power of special interests to block anti-cruelty and animal welfare bills in Washington. HVH supports candidates from all parties based on a single criterion: their support and leadership in furthering animal protection efforts in the legislature. By supporting our humane legislators and candidates, individuals can empower lawmakers in Olympia to address the root causes of animal suffering in our state.
